Seems like everybody gets a second chance these days — politicians who cheat on their wives; pro football players who abuse animals; drug addicted talk show hosts.

So what about talented video makers? OK, you didn’t win that big brand’s video contest. Doesn’t mean the work wasn’t good. Maybe it just didn’t quite fit their marketing message. Or maybe their budget cuts just sliced out your great video.

Well, the folks at Poptent and VidOpp still believe in you. We wanna give you that second chance. We want to recognize great video that those contest sponsors missed.

We will award $500 this month for a video submitted to an online contest or assignment, but that didn’t win a prize or award. (Sorry, videos submitted to Poptent assignments aren’t eligible.)

Hey, we know you’ve got talent. Register and show us some of that great but under-appreciated work. We can’t wait to give you that 2nd chance.
