Rug Doctor is looking for one 30 second video which will possibly be used for a nationwide TV campaign. They will also consider any video up to two minutes long, potentially with viral potential, to use online. And they will even reimburse creators for part of the rental cost of the machine.

Rug Doctor will choose at least two videos for use, at least one 30 second spot and one other spot. The creators of these videos will each receive a one-time usage fee of $7,500.
Poptent will give out five Editors Choice Awards totaling $2,000.
