Here we see young lad Luke creatively draft plans for the birth of his new best friend. This video shows how the Build-a-Bear experience can be so much more personal than other toys.
Because Build-a-Bears are made by you, in a way they inherit a part of you, that's how best friends are made.

We decided to go with the "Show don't Tell" concept, the idea being that emotion can be understood more effectively through 'showing' it rather than with voice over narrative 'telling' what the emotion is.
