I have been in the interactive media business for the past 20+ years, as publisher, event producer and journalist. Currently, I am the CEO of iMedia Communications (www.imediaconnection.com) and the founder and Chariman of XLNTads, LLC.

I founded XLNTads in 2007 because I believed that "crowdsourcing" creative is in inevitable outcome of digital technology. Providing real opportunity for the masses of technology-enabled creative individuals is an exciting project that I wanted to be at the forefront of. I have watched my 19 year old son making films for the past 7 years and came to understand that a huge shift of talent and creative liberation was taking place. I thought, if we can build a community of creative individuals with a wide range of talent and capability, give them ways to collaborate and communicate, this community would turn out all sorts of great work. And, that is what is happening.
