I love participating with the Community and viewing all of your amazing and creative work, from your fantastic submissions in the brand assignments to your Demo Reels. By far, the best part about working here is the daily exposure to fresh, innovative ideas that come from all of you. There is so much talent and enthusiasm among our community! I am pumped up to be a part of this revolutionary platform and to know that you don't have to look any further than here to see that crowdsourced creative is changing the way Brands and Consumers view traditional advertising models.
